  16. This whole debate (Amiga "Walker" at $1000+ vs Power Mac at about $1000) 
  17. is a SILLY debate for one big reason:

  19. Amigas are VAPORWARE, for all intents and purposes.  Amiga Technologies 
  20. can't even send North America Amiga 1200s, even though the first "grey 
  21. market" units were promised last October.  If AT is unable/incapable/
  22. unwilling to ship us lowly Amiga 1200s, I'm sure they will be even more 
  23. unable/incapable/unwilling to send us new models.

  25. Who cares is an Amiga Walker package is $200 or $2000 or $200000...if 
  26. it's vaporware, it doesn't matter.  Comparing Macs to Amigas is not like 
  27. comparing apples and oranges (no pun intended)..at least apples and 
  28. oranges EXIST in the grocery store to be compared.
